What Is Hospice Care?
Hospice care refers to the process of making a loved one and their family comfortable during the final stages of a terminal illness. Hospice care can include both medical or non-medical services depending on the needs of your loved one.
How We Can Help
Where able, Hospice Care may include moving your loved one from a hospital or rehabilitative center to a home environment allowing their final days to be surrounded by the comforts of their family. Our job is to do everything possible to allow quality time for your family as well as help you prepare for this life-changing transition.
Our Services Can Include
- Emotional and spiritual support for the caregiver and family.
- Being present to monitor progress while you take a break.
- Assistance with administering medicine as directed for hospice care.
- Reviewing loose ends for loved ones and helping the family prepare for the transition process.
